The Moorings development enjoys a prime, waterfront position on the Mandurah Peninsula.
The new luxury complex overlooks Mandurah Ocean Marina towards the ocean, giving many of the units a north-facing aspect.
"It's not easy to get a north-facing property overlooking water and this complex is right on the water," Century 21 Project Marketing (WA) David Green said.
"There is no set-back at all, just a timber walkway around it."
Mr Green said the complex also featured a high standard of finish.
"The basic fit-out is very good, including the full-height tiling in the wet areas and 900mm ovens and self-closing drawers in the kitchens," he said.
"There have also been upgrades in some apartments, including 40mm thick granite benchtops, below-counter sink and integrated dishwashers.
"Every room, apart from the penthouses, has its own in-ceiling, cassette reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The penthouses have high, vaulted ceilings, which allows for ducted air-conditioning.
"The common areas are also nicely
done internally there are timber walkways and atrium-style gardens with water features and full-height light wells to let in plenty of light."
The complex has 40 apartments, all with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room and separate laundry.
Mr Green said there were still eight units available, with prices ranging from $1.4 to $2.4 million.
There are eight units on each of the five residential levels.
"There are four different floor plans, which are mirrored up the five
levels," Mr Green said. "There are three apartments facing north on each level and the three on the bottom level also have an extra large 97 sqm balcony overlooking the water.
"Apartments on the south-west side overlook the Grand Canal."
The most common layout in the complex has 205sqm of internal area and a 33sqm balcony.
"There are several of these still available, including Unit 3, priced from $1.4 mililion, which is on the first floor on the south-west side and has been set up as a display unit," Mr Green said.
"There is also one left on the north side priced at $2.4 million."
The second floor-plan is only
found on the north side and has 194sqm internally and 47sqm of balcony.
"A feature of this layout is that the living area and main suite open to their own balconies," Mr Green said.
There are two of these still available - the penthouse, which is priced at $2.4 million, and the bottom one with the bigger balcony, which is priced between $1.7 and $1.8 million.
The third floor-plan is the biggest and has a north-west aspect. These units have 230sqm internally and a 75sqm wraparound balcony, with 270 degree views and different areas for entertaining.
The penthouse on that side is still available and is priced between $2.2 and $2.3 million.
The other floorplan has a north-east aspect. These units have about 145sqm internally and a 25sqm balcony and views over a park towards Dolphin Quays on the other side of the marina.
All the apartments have two car bays in a basement car park and a lock-up storeroom. The complex also has a ground-floor restaurant, which also faces the water.
